Founder of Clearwater Global with 10+ years of international development expertise across Southeast Asia and beyond. Drawing on my experience managing complex, international portfolios and my MS in Environmental Management, I now serve as the critical link between capital and opportunity in the region. My background as a Foreign Service Officer with USAID has provided me with the strategic vision, technical expertise, and trusted relationships needed to identify and develop sustainable investment opportunities.

At Clearwater Global, we employ rigorous vetting processes to create meaningful partnerships that drive sustainable development throughout Southeast Asia. Our mission is two-fold: ensuring worthy projects find the right funding partners while helping investors achieve both financial returns and meaningful impact in communities that need it most. Having worked extensively in Myanmar, Nepal, and across the region, I bring deep cultural understanding and local knowledge to every partnership we facilitate.

His expertise spans agriculture, climate finance, energy, biodiversity, and natural resource management, with a career focused on connecting donors, investors, and grassroots organizations to drive measurable impact.

He brings deep experience in facilitating complex partnerships, managing multi-donor initiatives, and aligning public and private resources to support effective local solutions. Travis specializes in bridging diverse stakeholders — including governments, multilaterals, civil society, and the private sector — to maximize the effectiveness of resources dedicated to positive change.
